Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using White Paper System, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

White Paper System provides an AI-powered white paper production pipeline. The service uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to assist with outlining, drafting, and editing. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before publication. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or free of errors.

3. Your content

You own the white papers and content you create using this service. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content through the pipeline (including sending it to Anthropic's API) to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your work.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Billing

  • One-time purchases (First Paper, Single Paper credits) are non-refundable once a paper production session has begun
  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
  • Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge
  • Paper credits do not roll over between billing periods for subscription plans
  • Single Paper credits purchased separately do not expire

5. Acceptable use

You may not use White Paper System to:

  • Produce content intended to deceive, defame, or harm individuals or organisations
  • Generate spam, mass unsolicited communications, or SEO manipulation content
  • Circumvent or abuse the AI pipeline in ways that violate Anthropic's usage policies
  • Resell access to the service without written permission

6. Limitation of liability

White Paper System is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses arising from AI-generated content, inaccurate statistics, publication of drafts, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid subscription fees.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
